Rosa Parks Lesson Plan

All 3 levels$14

One seat, one quiet no.

Rosa Parks was a brave, careful woman who helped change the law by refusing to give up her bus seat in 1955. In this week, kids learn her story, the Montgomery bus boycott and how ordinary people worked together for fairness. Michigan families can visit her real bus at The Henry Ford in Dearborn and climb on board.

Each level gets its own five-day plan: read Monday, write Tuesday, explore Wednesday, make Thursday, present Friday.
